Whether you are missing some teeth, or all your teeth, we appreciate how much this can impact your quality of life. There are so many options to choose from to replace your teeth:
Implants
Dentures
OR dentures which are connected to implants.
Implants are generally fixed prosthetic teeth and dentures are teeth that can be removed and reinserted in your mouth.

If you are missing all your teeth there are three options:
Consider a bridge(s) of teeth which connect to your implants and are fixed into your mouth. (Photo below to the left)
Consider a complete denture which can move somewhat in your mouth and is held stable by your mouth muscles. It is dependent on anatomy too on how successful this would be. (The last two photos)
OR if you are a denture wearer and find it is too loose, but for many reasons would like to have multiple implants, you can consider having your denture click onto the implants which stabilises it heavily but gives you the advantage of removing them.
If you are only missing a few teeth, then you can consider implants or a partial denture like the photo below to the right.

With all types of prosthetics below they are still liable to causing dental diseases like gum disease. It is important to keep them clean. So we design ALL our prosthetics to ensure they are cleansible by you, the easier it is to clean, the more likely you are to clean them.
Below is what we call a Scandinavian denture design - due to it's lack of gum margin coverage to make it easier to clean and prevent the food stagnating easily fromt eh denture.
With the bridge below the convex shapes have been designed to ensure you floss can hug the bridge to clean as much of the food away reducing the risk of gum disease to your implants.
We have many ways to also make them aesthetics. Below is a complete denture on a 25 year old patient who genetically has a condition where she lost all her teeth sadly. I made a full set of dentures and you can see how natural they even look on her. How much this gives her confidence in her personal relationship and formative years of her life.
It is important that we maintain not only the health, but give you back the function and ensure the prosthetics do not look false BUT natural so that no one can tell they are a denture or a prosthesis.

The everyday things like playing an instrument, eating, swimming, singing or even blowing your birthday cake candle can be taken for granted especially when you have loose dentures.
All these patients are between 3-10+ years since the completion of their treatment. 10 years of memories and quality of life.
