PROJECT OVERVIEW
Sadly this patient was born with 6 missing adult teeth. All of which were his front ones. His baby teeth had been kept but now they were all extremely wobbly and one cheeky marshmellow away from coming out.
After being under the care of the hospital for most of his life, he sought after our services independently to get a stress free journey to replace his baby teeth.
A mixture of resin bonded bridges and implants were proposed for the missing adult teeth and composite bonding too to enhance the shapes of the neighbouring teeth.

Camourflaging his premolars to look like canines - two very diffrerent looking teeth can be tough.

Ensuring as much as possible the implants provide the aesthetic result the patient wants and also complication free for as long as possible as this patient is young
Lastly being in the front region, it is high risk to ensure you get the aesthetics right. Any dental complications or execution errors can make the situation more challenging.
Thankfully Prof Shahdad have worked together for over 10 years and have perfected our workflow and jointly we have experience where there are patients over the 20 year mark with successful front tooth implants - remaining healthy and the patient's still being satisfied.

We used a smile design software to design how the front teeth should look like. From there we merged the CT bone scan and Prof Shahdad planned where the implants should go. Once the implant surgery was completed and during healing, I provided the composite build ups to his central teeth and premolar, to make them look less square. Once the implants had healed we shaped the gums to get that beautiful scalloped shape in hardly with the neighbouring teeth and oru lab made some beautiful strong zirconia implant crowns to complete this smile.

The redesigned experience made a noticeable difference in both usability and confidence.
During testing, organisers were able to create and publish an event without external help, significantly reducing the time and effort required. Attendees could discover and book events smoothly, without running into dead ends or confusion points.
More importantly, users felt in control of the process — whether they were setting up an event or booking one — which directly addressed the drop-offs seen in the earlier version.
